Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Guelph, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
Alumni Stadium Field Resurfacing, for Building 178, Alumni Stadium at the University of Guelph. For the removal of existing, and supply and install of a new synthetic field complete with line markings. Field is approximately 10,230 square meters. Place of Work: Alumni Stadium - Building 178 - 15 Lang Way, Guelph, ON. Appendix E includes a site that outlines the location of the place of work, entry points into the stadium and possible staging areas. For the removal of existing, and supply and install of a new synthetic field complete with in-laid line markings. Field marking layout to be reviewed and approved by Owner prior to placement. Refer to Appendix D - Turf Specification for full scope requirements. Minimum field requirements include but are not limited to the following: - 58mm - 65mm monofilament system with sand and TPE, Crumb Rubber infill or EPDM granules infill - on new 15mm thick shock pad (Thermagreen or Schmidt Foam). - Minimum 360 micron monofilament fibre. - Minimum 8lbs of total infill per square foot. - Turf colour tone to alternate every five yards.
