A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Project generally includes minor roadway edge asphalt repair and patching, and chip sealing and fog sealing 2400 West Street from 6550 North to 8600 North then westerly to the town boundary; and, pulverizing, recompacting, and repaving certain sections/areas of existing dilapidated asphalt surfaces, patching and repairing potholes, and chip sealing and fog sealing the 3200/2700 West roadway from 5200 North to 5800 North; and, all work required therewith to construct the street improvement project complete as to form and function. Description of Work: The Project generally includes minor roadway Bid security, which must be on the Bid Bond form provided with the Construction Documents or on approved Bid Bond documents provided by the Bonding Agency, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, made payable to Amalga Town, shall accompany the bid. A certified or cashier's check may be used for the bid bond. All questions relative to this project prior to the opening of bids shall be directed to the Engineer for the project, and all questions shall be in writing. For "or equal" items to be considered for evaluation, Contractor must submit information in compliance with the "Instructions to Bidders."
