To Provide the Construction of the New Family Courts Building in Newark, N.J. for the Essex County Department of Public Works Project completion to be (480) calendar days after notice to proceed upon approval by the Essex County Board of Commissioners Special Note: please note that the size & weight of the plans & specs are quite large & heavy. Vendors picking them up may require some type of hand truck to be able to transport. Question Deadline 02/28/2023 All questions must be submitted to the Purchasing Agent in writing at 465 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Room 335, Newark, NJ 07102, or via fax to 973-621-5109, no later than eight (8) business days prior to deadline for bid submission date as stated above
