Request for Proposals for Painting of Walls and Trim of Designated Offices at Dover Town Hall The Town of Dover seeks proposals for the painting of walls and trim for the following office areas (approximately 650 sq. ft.) at Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY: Finance Dept. Office Town Supervisor's Office Planning Dept. Office Records Management Office. The work requires preparation and primer on all wall and trim surfaces, then painting with latex interior wall and trim paint (paint type and color approved by the Town and purchased by the vendor and included in the estimate). This is a public works project and subject to NYS prevailing wages (PRC# 2022012485). The project timeframe is a start date of February 7, 2023 with completion by March 15, 2023.
