Completed plans call for the construction of a 30,000-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; office development; office development; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This project is to construct a 30,000 square foot building with a parking lot in Western Union County, NC. Features of the building include various meeting spaces, flexible and dedicated coworking desk spaces, private offices, open plan collaborative space, administrative spaces, mail box services, podcast/videography space, kitchenette (including sink, refrigerator space, counter space and storage) café space, event space (accommodating 125-150 attendees with flexible design to decrease or expand based on needs), and a receiving/loading dock. The building is to be designed with collaboration in mind and the objective of supporting business development, business growth, and the enhancement of community partnerships. Abundant natural lighting is preferred. 1. Letter of interest no more than 2 pages. This should include licenser and license holder. 2. Completed Qualification Questionnaire for Construction Manager at Risk. There is a 40 page limit single sided or 20 page limit double sided. 3. Proposals should not included any notebooks or binders and should be 8.5 X 11 stapled in the upper left hand corner. 4. Three hard copies are required and 1 electronic copy via flash drive.
