As of September 6, 2023, this project is in site plan review. Description *This is a BID for Bid packages 14-01, 31-01, and all div 03 and 05 (-02,-03,-04,-05) Include pricing good for 90 days. Awards for these scopes will begin in September, if approved by council. *We are asking for budget assistance on all other scopes of work. All who assist will be invited to bid when final drawings are available in October. NISQUALLY HEALING CENTER IS A NEW 2-STORY, 21,750 SF MEDICATION ASSISTED TREATMENT FACILITY THAT WILL SERVE THE NISQUALLY TRIBE ALONG WITH COMMUNITY MEMBERS IN NEED OF THIS SERVICE THROUGHOUT THE GREATER OLYMPIA/LACEY AREA. IN ADDITION TO DOSING TREATMENT, THE FACILITY WILL PROVIDE OUTPATIENT PRIMARY CARE, DENTAL, AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES. SURFACE PARKING WILL BE PROVIDED ON SITE ALONG WITH STORM WATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND LANDSCAPING.
