Airfield Express Image Update Value Range: $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Construction Period: 120 calendar days This project is an interior remodel with minor exterior work. Scope of work are: Express Image Upgrade - Flooring - Demo existing floor tiles, replace with polished concrete surface or keep existing floor. Ceilings to be reworked for new layout and demo of walls. Paint walls to new standards and coordinate with branding and equipment. Upgrade existing restrooms. Relocate Hunt Brothers Pizza with required utilities and hood. Add new QSR, Chops. Relocate and upgrade, if needed Snack Ave counters and equipment (reuse equipment when possible). Add an additional registers. Replace reach-in cooler doors and rework as needed. Replace external freezer and cooler, add access from stockroom. Update sports nutrition in-line concept. Reduce barbers space to give more space to Express. Implementation of LED lighting standards. You are encouraged to carefully review the entire solicitation package.
