Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Princeton, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Contractor to provide a crane, labor, and material to remove three strobic exhaust fans from the roof of the Princeton Grain Center. The strobic exhaust fans will then need to be transported to a storage facility and properly stored for approximately three to five years. In addition, the contractor will need to provide and replace debris damaged sound attenuating wind band cones for all three exhaust fans. The contractor will also provide transport of repaired strobic fans to newly constructed facility and provide crane for installation of strobic fans and plenum. Contractor must provide all necessary power, conduit, and wiring to strobic fans. New facility will bid out controls and contractor must work with UK Controls and Controls contractor to connect controls to new building system and startup equipment using the BACnet protocol (Reference 230900S03 Instrumentation and Controls for HVAC Design Standard). Once installation and controls are complete, the contractor will commission with UK Controls personnel and the controls contractor and warranty all installation and new products for a minimum of two years.
