Reference number : 1676435 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-01-25 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 36 The Société des establishments de plein air du Québec (the Sépaq ) is requesting bids from suppliers interested in providing on-demand forest road grading services (the Works ) for the Laurentides wildlife reserve (the Establishment ) . or the Reserve). The Works will be performed under a run-on-demand contract. The Contract will be for a period of three (3) years, from May 1 , 2023 to April 30, 2026, in accordance with the terms of the Contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Works will be required from May to August inclusive. The Works consist of leveling the gravel roads, taking care to round the surface of the road so as to allow an efficient flow of water towards the ditches on each side. Sépaq evaluates the Works at 330 hours per year distributed as follows: 20% in May, 30% in June, 30% in July and 20% in August. The roads that can be leveled are shown on the map attached in Appendix B. The Work must be carried out with a Volvo type grader at least 770G or its equivalent.
