General Property Maintenance Services: This work requires a valid Westchester County Contractor's license. All work under this heading is to be considered subject to Article 9 prevailing wage schedules. Contractor's work under the Contract may include, but is not limited to, the following: A.Winter-seasonal services at Rye Town Park, 95 Dearborn Street, Rye, New York Scope of Services to include: o Opening, closing and cleaning bathrooms, as needed o Empty trash and recycling receptacles into dumpsters o General Debris Cleanup and Repairs o Graffiti removal o On call for storm damage services and repairs B. Year-round Landscape and On-Call Services: Crawford Park, 122 North Ridge St., Rye Brook, NY Scope of Services to be conducted on a Weekly basis unless specified "as needed": o General Debris Cleanup, as needed o On call for storm damage services and repairs, as needed o 12 hours of landscape maintenance as requested by the Friends of Crawford Park o Empty trash and recycling receptacles into dumpsters o Korean War Memorial flower beds o Mulch planting beds, as needed o Remove snow from parking lots, treat with calcium chloride and Sand o Clear snow and ice from Crawford Road, as needed. (primary plowing by Rye Brook DPW) C. Year-round Landscape and On-Call Services: Various Town properties: Scope of Services to be conducted on a Bi-Weekly or Monthly basis unless specified "as needed": o Bi-weekly- African American Cemetery, at Greenwood Union Cemetery, North St, Rye Continental Manor Footbridge - Behind 1035 E Boston Post Rd, Mamaroneck Rye Town Dock - Next to 499 Stuyvesant Ave, Rye o Monthly - Gedney Cemetery, behind 223 N.
