Passaic County Community College (PCCC) Public Safety Academy Roof Replacement An addendum, if necessary, will be issued on Tuesday, January 24, 2023. The Passaic County Community College Public Safety Academy in Wayne, NJ will be recovering an approximate 15,973 square foot section of existing roof with a new PVC roofing system. All Bids must be submitted on forms supplied in a sealed envelope marked 'Sealed Bid' bearing the name and address of the bidder, the bid number, and project name. If bids are mailed or delivered in person ahead of the due date, the above required envelope may be inserted into a larger envelope for mailing or delivery. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that bids are presented to the College on the date, hour and at the place designated. The College assumes no responsibility for any bids not delivered in person at the time and place designated above, to include mail, overnight courier, or drop-off prior to the bid opening date and time. No bids will be accepted after the hour designated for receipt. Bidders and bids must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 and Chapter 33 of Public Laws of 1977, Affirmative Action registration requirements, N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 as amended for Business Registration Certification(s), and section 22 of P.L. 1971, c198.
