All Bids must be submitted on forms supplied in a sealed envelope marked 'Sealed Bid' bearing the name and address of the bidder, the bid number, and project name. If bids are mailed or delivered in person ahead of the due date, the above required envelope may be inserted into a larger envelope for mailing or delivery. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that bids are presented to the College on the date, hour and at the place designated. The College assumes no responsibility for any bids not delivered in person at the time and place designated above, to include mail, overnight courier, or drop-off prior to the bid opening date and time. The Passaic County Community College Wanaque Academic Center in Wanaque, NJ will be installing new PVC Roof System over 1/2 " protection board over tapered 2.5" min. of Polyiso rigid insulation over vapor barrier over primed existing Metal Roof Deck. All existing Roof drains are to be removed in their entirety and replaced w/ new in the same location and tie into existing storm piping inside the building. New Aluminum copings & flashing to be installed throughout perimeter parapet walls. New Roof Hatch along w/ all curing & flashing to be equal to Bilco Types
