As of February 21, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. For Construct a Wood-framed Cold Storage Building Furnish all materials and labor to construct a wood-framed cold storage building on a concrete slab footing at the Palisade Area Highway Maintenance Facility located at 47652 Nature Ave, Palisade, MN. Bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the County Highway Engineer. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check made payable to the Aitkin County Treasurer in an amount equal to at least five (5) percent of the total amount bid. Aitkin County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive an irregularities or defects therein. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
