QUESTIONS DUE 01/23/2023 04:30PM Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Office of Purchasing & Contracting (hereinafter the "State") is seeking to establish contracts with one or more qualified Engineering firms to provide engineering design services for Stormwater Treatment Upgrades and permitting at various locations statewide. Interested firms are invited to bid on providing architectural/engineering design services described in Section 2 of this RFP. The purpose of this project is to upgrade the stormwater treatment and permitting for the sites to meet the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Stormwater General Permit 3-9050, also known as the "3-Acre General Permit." The scope of services for this project shall include programming, schematic design, design development, permitting, construction documents, bidding and negotiation, and construction administration. 1.2. CONTRACT PERIOD: The period of performance under this contract shall commence on April 12, 2023, and end on November 15, 2025, with a Substantial Completion date of October 15, 2024, a Project Completion date of November 15, 2024, and a Contract Completion date of November 15, 2025, to allow for one year warranty inspection(s) as may be required of the construction contract work. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
