All work on this Contract is to be completed within 60 days after the Notice to Proceed. Scope of Work: Replacing the deteriorating blue-stone planting bed borders to the West of Shineman with granite stone treads to match in size and appearance. The scope also includes re-setting brick unit pavers in the surrounding area that are sinking and providing / installing one (1) granite block bollard to match the existing ones. Contractors should submit all questions no later than five (5) business days after the virtual walkthru.
