The Port reserves the right to make changes to the RFP. Changes will be made by written addendum which will be issued to all prospective Providers on the Port's list of RFP holders The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time A Task Order shall indicate whether the associated task is subject to public works contracting requirements under ORS 279C.800 - 279C.870. If a task is subject to such requirements, additional contract provisions will apply, as required by the Port in its sole discretion. Those additional contract provisions may include, but not be limited to, requirements to pay prevailing wages, provide certified payroll reports, and provide a public works bond. All additional contract provisions resulting from public works contracting requirements will be set forth in an addendum attached to the Task Order, and will become a part of this Contract as it relates to the Services performed under that Task Order
