The project also consists of approximately 3,600' of Clover Valley Road reconstruction and a 60" diameter storm sewer north along Clover Valley Road to Kiber Run. The project includes asphalt surface course, roller compacted concrete base, asphalt paths, curb, landscaped medians, storm sewer, traffic signals, lighting, communication duct bank, and traffic control devices.
