Please submit all pre-bid questions in writing by electronic mail (Email) to: Matthew Scheer, MS, PE, Project Manager, mscheer@emht.com SCOPE OF WORK Green Chapel Road Improvements Phase 1 consists of approximately 8,300' of Green Chapel Road re-construction including two roundabouts at the intersection of Project Cardinal access, a signalized intersection at the Clover Valley Road and a third Project Cardinal access. The project also consists of approximately 3,600' of Clover Valley Road reconstruction and a 60" diameter storm sewer north along Clover Valley Road to Kiber Run. The project includes asphalt surface course, roller compacted concrete base, asphalt paths, curb, landscaped medians, storm sewer, traffic signals, lighting, communication duct bank, and traffic control devices.
