Waste to Energy Auxiliary Burner Support Work The Kent County Department of Public Works (Kent County) needs to upgrade the auxiliary burners for the Kent County WTE facility. Kent County Waste to Energy is replacing two auxiliary burners in April of 2023. The auxiliary burner support work includes electrical and piping demo and install work for the new auxiliary burners. Bid packages include electrical and piping Proposals are requested and will be received as a single lump sum proposal with completed bid breakdown form
