Saving Project...

Renovation of a residential development in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

Scope of work will consist of renovations and modernization of existing project and includes, but is not limited to, the following items: 1. Remove existing air handler and heat pump units and replace with new Seer 15 Air Handler and Heat Pump Units. Reuse existing return air plenum box and supply ductwork. 2. Remove all existing exterior heat pump equipment pads and provide new 3000 psi, 4" thick concrete equipment pads, sized to accommodate new equipment. 3. All other work in Project Manual, on Drawings and as required by codes. Questions shall be directed to bids@stognerarchitecture.com. All contractors are hereby notified that they must have proper license under the State laws governing their respective trades, whether or not Federal Funding is involved. Contractors will be responsible to ensure that economic opportunities, to the greatest extent feasible follow Section 3 Requirements 24 CFR Part 135.1 and Section 3 Clause 24 CFR Part 135.38. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Contract A: 330 Days Contract B: 170 Days Contract C: 170 Days Contract D: 470 Days
