THIS DOCUMENT CONSTITUTES A REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS CLEARLY MARKED RFP 2023-1 BCHS Electrical upgrade This Request for Proposal covers the Installation of all recommended electrical upgrades to 3 school buildings from AEP service to the installed 51 Bard Units, 6 mini split units, Hallway Units and Restroom Units at the school. The purpose and intent of the resulting contractual agreement is for the successful Offeror to provide the installation of all electrical upgrades needed for the installed Bard Heating and Cooling units, Mini Split Units, Hallway Units and Restroom Units That will provide a resource of heating and/or cooling that would eliminate the dependency of current Boiler unit at BCHS building A building B and AG Building. The Bland County School Board will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by a firm in preparing and submitting a bid, or in engaging in oral presentation, discussions, or negotiations with the Board or its representatives. Bids must be in one single bound document.
