Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 36 Landscaping Building addresses: 450 Gouin Boulevard West, Montreal (Quebec) H3L 3W3 and 800 Gouin Boulevard West, Montreal (Quebec) H3L 1K7 The Société québécoise des infrastructures (hereinafter the "Société") is issuing a public call for tenders for services of a technical nature for the maintenance of lawns, cleaning of parking lots, driveways and clearing of fences as well as the maintenance of hedges, shrubs and young trees in the Montreal detention facility. Attention : Note that only the documents required by the Company under the terms of this call for tenders must be submitted with the tender, so as to avoid any situation which would lead to the tender being restrictive or conditional. IMPORTANT NOTICES The Company has removed the following forms from its contractual documents: - Certificate relating to the probity of the tenderer ; - Statement regarding lobbying activities. The content of these forms has been incorporated into the Instructions to Tenderers and declarations are now made by signing the Tender Form. Additional signature spaces have been added to the Submission Form to allow the signature of each member of a non-legally organized consortium when the latter has not identified a member, by proxy, to sign as the representative of the consortium. Recommendation for submission of tenders electronically In order to preserve the health of the personnel of its organization, the Company is implementing preventive measures to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, the Company strongly recommends that bidders submit their bid electronically through the electronic bidding system. Authorization to contract/certificate from Revenu Québec It is strongly suggested that bidders make their request for a certificate from Revenu Québec and, if applicable, their request for authorization to contract with the Autorité des marchés publics as soon as possible, in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents, in order to to ensure that these requirements are met before the deadline date and time indicated in the Instructions to tenderers and/or in the Additional Instructions . Non-participation in the call for tenders Any person or company that has obtained the contractual documents and does not submit a bid undertakes to complete the "Non-participation questionnaire" form included in the contractual documents and send it to the Company at the address of following email: infosoumissionDINM@sqi.gouv.qc.ca . CONTRACT LENGTH The services covered by this call for tenders are required for a period of 3 seasons, starting May 1 , 2023. SUBMISSION GUARANTEE No bid or performance guarantee is requested in this case. TERMS Only bids submitted by bidders who meet the following conditions will be considered: have an establishment where they carry out their activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified with their name and accessible during normal business hours in Quebec or in a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement; TRANSMISSION OF COMPLAINTS All complaints made to the Société under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR, chapter C-65.1) must be received at complaint@sqi.gouv.qc.ca , no later than the deadline set for receipt of these as indicated in the Additional Instructions . INFORMATION Tenderers who wish to receive clarifications concerning the call for tenders must communicate in writing to the e-mail address designated below, taking care to mention the contract number, and this, maximum three working days before the date . and the deadline for receipt of tenders . If such a request for clarification is received two business days or less before the deadline for receipt of tenders, the Company reserves the right not to consider it.
