Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Traverse City, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The estimated cost for this project was $857,100.00 as of April 2, 2022. The following approximate quantities of work: 106 L.F. of Ledgestone Seawall 500 S.F. of Fishing Pier Pedestrian Footbridge Bathroom Building with Well and Force Main Septic System Removable Floating ADA Accessible Kayak Launch 2,738 S.F. of 4-inch Sidewalk. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order, or bid bond, in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid, drawn payable to East Bay Charter Township as security for the proper execution of the Agreement. East Bay Charter Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bids should it consider same to be in its best interest. This project has received funding from the Michigan Department of Natural Resources Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund, Grant Number TF20-0074. All relevant State of Michigan and federal requirements apply. The Contractor and all Sub-Contractors must comply with all requirements of 1976 PA 453 (ElliottLarsen Civil Rights Act), the 1976 PA 220 (Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act), and Executive Directive 2019-09, as amended.
