Site work and paving for a civil project in Red Hill, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
For the Beyer Alley Drainage Improvements project at which time the Bids received will be opened via PennBID. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, and oversight for mobilization, excavation, pavement restoration, stormwater drainage installation, milling and paving, and maintenance and protection of traffic. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. PA Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply to this contract. Immediately following the due date and time, all bids received through PennBid will be opened online and referred to the Red Hill Borough for final award. An abstract of the bids received will be available to bidders on PennBid following the date and time that bids are due as indicated above. Questions may be submitted through online tab on or before 10:00 AM on Friday, January 20, 2023. Responses will be provided via PennBid to all registered parties. Red Hill Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of 60 days.
