Renovation of an educational facility in Needham, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of March 13, 2023, project is cancelled. Project is no longer needed.** For Newman Sunshade Installation The Town of Needham is requesting sealed bids for all labor and materials necessary for the Newman Sunshade Installation project. This project involves erecting a custom fabric "sail" shade shelter with five steel columns (purchased separately by the Town) using cast-in-place concrete footings. I n addition, the demolition and replacement of an adjacent bituminous concrete pavement pathway as well as restoration of lawn area is included. Work consists of all labor and materials necessary for the Newman Sunshade Installation Project.
