The City of Missouri City is now accepting sealed bids for the consideration of the provision of a term contract for Services in the Remediation and On-Going Maintenance of Various Plant Life and Water Quality in City Lakes and Waterways. All sealed bids shall be submitted including one original, one duplicate and electronic thumb drive containing a .pdf version of the bid. All are to be clearly marked with bid number and bid title. Bids sent via courier must be sealed in a separate envelope inside of the mailer. The City of Missouri City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities, and to accept the bid deemed the most advantageous to the City. After the initial term, the contact shall be deemed renewed automatically each year for two (2) additional, one-year terms, unless the CITY or the CONTRACTOR elects not to renew this AGREEMENT with thirty (30) days written notice.
