Saving Project...

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Neosho, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

Installation of a 20 ton VRF system with six 48,000 BTU ceiling cassettes with on VRF programmable controller. Outdoor units to be installed on metal stands anchored to existing concrete, indoor cassettes to be hung with J/2" all thread from supports mounted above drop ceiling. Copper lines to be installed with anchored support system with 'A" thickness Armaflex. Condensate will be piped to one main trunk line either exiting the building or tying to an existing drain. All bidding contractors must be experienced and factory trained in installation VRF systems. Daikin and Mitsubishi will be accepted alternates for consideration. Bid to include all electrical, (three phase to outdoor equipment and power to indoor cassettes.) The City of Neosho reserves the right to refuse any bid and/or accept the bid considered most responsible.
