Eucalyptus Tree Trimming Services Southern Youth Correctional Reception Center Clinic.Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, license, insurance, permits, and all equipment necessary to provide and complete the tree trimming services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Southern Youth Correctional Reception Center Clinic (SYCRCC) located at 13200 Bloomfield Avenue Norwalk, CA. 90650. Utilizing a crew on thirty-three (33) eight (8) hour shifts, the Contractor shall top and trim the Eucalyptus trees specified by the site contact at various locations on the property down to approximately 20'-25' above ground level where the trees first diverge into limbs. Contractor shall chip all cuttings and leave onsite. Any limbs too big to be chipped shall be stacked and left onsite at a place to be determined by the site contact. All debris shall be chipped and wood shall be cut and left on site leaving the area in a clean, orderly and safe condition. Contractor is not responsible for hauling away any cuttings. It is the opinion of the State that this IFB is complete and without need of explanation. This Agreement may be amended to extend the term, if it is determined to be in the best interest of the State. Upon signing the amendment, Contractor hereby agrees to provide services for the extended period at the rates specified in the original Agreement. The State is not required to award an Agreement and reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any immaterial deviations in the bid. The State's waiver of an immaterial deviation shall in no way modify the IFB document or excuse the bidder from full compliance with all requirements if awarded the Agreement.
