The Amarillo-Potter Events Venue District is soliciting a Request for Best Value Bid on behalf of the Amarillo Tri-State Exposition Tri-State Fair and Rodeo from respondents who are interested in and qualified to provide the Demolition and Abatement of a Baseball Field Located at the Tri-State Fairgrounds and located at 3301 S.E. 10th Avenue located in Amarillo, Texas. Bid award and payment will be made to the Amarillo-Potter Events Venue District. It is the intent of the City to award this bid based on the Bidder that can provide the goods or services at the Best Value to the Amarillo Tri-State Exposition.The estimated budget for the project is $350,000. Question Deadline 01/23/2023 All questions and requests for clarification must be submitted to the Purchasing Agent in writing and will be answered by the Purchasing Agent in writing
