DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes the construction of approximately: -- Roundabout Construction -- 25,000 SQ YD Mill Bituminous Pavement -- 10,000 CU YD Common Excavation -- 13,000 TON Select Granular Borrow -- 6,000 CU YD Aggregate Base Class 5 -- 7,200 TON Bituminous Paving -- 550 SQ YD Concrete Paving (Truck Apron) -- 11,000 SQ FT Concrete Sidewalk -- 4,500 LIN FT Concrete Curb & Gutter -- 1,200 LIN FT Storm Sewer together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, Truck Rentals, Equal Employment Opportunity Provisions, Disadvantaged Business Owner, and Responsible Contractor Certification. COMPLETION OF WORK: Substantial completion in the September 1, 2025. All work under the Contract must be complete by July 3, 2026. BID SECURITY: A Proposal Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Waconia shall accompany each bid.
