Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
Modernization of escalators Nos 12 and 13. The scope of work includes a complete modernization of escalators, supply and installation of a monitoring system for the two escalators according to the specifications, relocation of controllers and addition of a complete stair speed control systems. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded a conveying system sub trade contractor following an invited tender 2023-GG-ESC-12-13. Notes. - The award of a contract by invitation was conditioned by the fact that a public call for tenders would not serve the public interest because the two escalators leading to the Complexe Desjardins were at the end of their useful life and it was impossible to find some spare parts to ensure their operation and the awarde company demonstrated the ability to do the work. - The previous tender for conveying system sub trade contractor AO 2022-IM-013 was cancelled.
