This solicitation is a request for the following materials and select services to be furnished to the Department of Transportation, Division of Highway Services. This contract is to provide asphalt materials to Montgomery County Department of Transportation Depots within the political boundaries of Montgomery County. The materials and services required include: 1. Supply and load CRS-1 Asphalt and Non-Tracking Tack Coat (NTTC) onto Montgomery County trucks. 2. Provide the distributor trucks for installation of NTTC when requested. 3. Install non-woven asphalt overlay fabric and asphalt-coated paving fabric reinforced membrane (peel and stick). 4. Furnish and deliver five-gallon pails of Pre-mixed Emulsified Liquid Asphalt Tack Coat to the depots upon request. There are four categories/groups consisting of either supplying materials or services in this IFB. Bidders are not required to bid on all groups, however; to be eligible for an award, bidders must provide a unit price for each pay item in the group(s) they have chosen to bid on and fill out all the supporting documentation. The pay items in Group I, will fall under the requirements of the Montgomery County Prevailing Wage Law and the required paperwork will need to be executed.
