BID PKG # 3 Structural Steel & Misc Metals - SG Krauss Co. - $347,635 BID PKG # 4 Drywall and Ceilings (2023 and 2024) - Pepper SPG - $478,400 BID PKG # 5 Fire Suppression (2023 and 2024) - USA Fire Protection - $2,263,000 BID PKG # 6 HVAC - Helm Mechanical - $5,087,000 BID PKG # 7 Electrical - Pieper Electric - $1,751,400 The current Bid Period 3 consists of Steel, Drywall, Ceilings, Fire Protection, HVAC, and Electrical for the work as it relates to the District Wide Capital Improvements. Prime Trade Agreements for the Work will be assigned to the Construction Manager. All bids must be accompanied by a Cashier's Check or Bid Bond of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Base Bid made payable to Township High School District 113. Contractors shall guarantee their submitted Bid Proposal for a ninety (90) day period from the date of Bid Opening. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of the final contract sum. Contractor's Qualifications Statement must be submitted at time of bid or already be on file with Pepper Construction. Compliance with Prevailing Wages for Lake County and all equal employment practices is required. *The construction manager will only issues bidding documents directly to bidders
