Renovation of a parking garage in New Rochelle, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The dry-pipe sprinkler system located within the City owned and operated portion of the parking garage is in need of replacement. Based on the complexity of the previous approvals, the City is requesting proposals for a complete replacement in kind of the dry sprinkler system, including all risers, branch piping and sprinkler heads. A nitrogen purge is being added as a system enhancement to increase system longevity but the project is otherwise a replacement in kind.
