You are invited to submit a bid to supply the services specified in the bid packet. Bidders must submit a bid for any and all parcels they desire to utilize. Potential Bidders should complete the Bid Forms in their entirety and submit them. Bids shall be made in accordance with this Notice to Bidders, General Instructions and Requirements for Bidders, the Specifications, the fillable Bid Form, Oklahoma Open Records Act and Confidential Information, the bid packet, and any other documents which are included in the complete bid packet. Sample Grass Cutting/Grazing Agreement, Non-Discrimination Statement, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Business Relationship Affidavit, and Sample Vendor Registration forms are attached for the Bidder's reference and will be completed prior to contract approval. By submitting a bid, the Bidder certifies that they, and any proposed subcontractors, are in compliance with 25 O.S. 1313 and prticipate in the Status Verification System. The Status Verification System is defined in 25 O.S. 1312 and includes, but is not limited to, the free Employment Verification Program (E-Verify) through the Department of Homeland Security and available electronically. The Airport Trust reserves the right to waive formalities, irregularities, and defects in any or all bids, except as otherwise required by law. The Airport Trust reserves the right to: reject any or all bids; to reject a portion of any or all bids; to execute or not execute an Agreement with any Bidder; and to solicit new or different bids. The Airport Trust reserves the right to contract with one or more Bidders for all or a portion of any bid. There will be no exceptions to this policy. All interested parties who submit bids will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity Regulations. The Trust will affirmatively ensure that Disadvantaged Business Enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit a bid in response to this solicitation. Title VI Solicitation Notice: The Trust, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all Bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, the business will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no business will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age or disability in consideration for an award.
