Renovation of a water / sewer project in Laconia, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of March 3, 2023 project was awarded to JM Construction, awarded amount is $450,000.50.** The City of Laconia Sewer Division is requesting Proposals for Building Surface Repair and Epoxy Coating. Please direct and questions regarding this Proposal to: Gina Roy at 603-524-3877 X 151 or by email to groy@laconianh.gov When a construction or service contract is awarded in excess of $25,000 performance and payment bonds, satisfactory to the City and executed by a surety company authorized to do business in New Hampshire, are required in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the price specified in the contract for the full term of the contract Performance and Payment Bonds are not expected for this project. The selected firm will be expected to provide a Certificate of Insurance General Liability naming the City of Laconia as an Additional Insured. Acceptable GL limits are $1m General Liability and $2m General Aggregate. The City of Laconia reserves the right to reject or accept all or any part of any proposal, to determine what constitutes a conforming proposal, to award solely as it deems to be in the best interest of the City, and to waive irregularities that it considers not material to the process.
