Sludge Pump 1 LS Plumbing 1200 SF Pre-Engineered Metal Building 1 LS Electrical System 1 LS HVAC System 1 LS Miscellaneous Metals 1 LS Yard Piping 1 LS Site Grading 1 LS Rehabilitate Existing Floor Drains 1 LS Raving Small business and minority owned business sources are encouraged to bid on this project. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount bid shall be attached to all bids as a guarantee that the successful bidder will within ten (10) days from the date of notice of award, enter into contract and file the required bonds, and furnish a certificate of Workman's Compensation and General Contractors Liability Insurance. The City of Weatherford reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or technicalities without assigning any reason therefore, and to make the awards in the best interest of the Owner. (Bid shall be awarded to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder). No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bids are solicited and a contract award will be made pursuant to the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 as amended (Title 61, O.S. 1981, Sections 101-136 et seq.). The City of Weatherford reserves the right to withhold any contract awarded subject to the availability of funds. System for Award Management (SAM) registration and a Unique Entity Identification (UEI) is required for CDBG Bidders (Prime contractors) in order to award projects by the CDBG program. Contractor must obtain plans and specifications from the office of the Engineer and be registered on the Engineer's bid list to be recognized as an eligible bidder for this project.
