Site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project's work generally consists of the construction of new filter backwash waste discharge piping to a proposed sanitary sewer manhole at the Water Plant No. 1 site; a proposed sanitary sewer filter backwash waste drain line to a proposed manhole located adjacent to Willowbridge Park Boulevard; the removal and disposal of the existing decommissioned well water aeration and retention tank; the removal and disposal of the existing decommissioned transfer/backwash pumps and their associated electrical items (control panel, conduit, wiring, etc.); the decommissioning, removal, and disposal of the existing backwash waste holding tank; the removal and disposal of the existing backwash waste drain line; the construction/installation of a new fiberglass chemical building; traffic control measures for work adjacent to Willowbridge Park Boulevard; and the restoration of all disturbed areas associated with said work. Restoration work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, cleanup, grading, and hydromulch seeding to restore disturbed areas to original or better than original conditions.
