Site work for a civil project in Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
CWS is soliciting a SOQ from contractors to provide pre-construction & construction services. The Work includes 19,500' of 60" sanitary sewer tunnel with 3 shafts with depths ranging from 85' to 130' below the ground surface. The Work will also include 2 new screening facilities housed in new buildings, the decommissioning of 2 pump stations, & the rerouting of numerous force mains for tie-in to the new screening facilities. Details can be found in RFQ. Construction Cost Range: Planning level $60 to $70 million *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
