Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
For Stearns Elementary School Parking Lot The project will be a public improvement project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870, Prevailing Wage Rates. The work contemplated consists of the following: clear and grub existing organics, sub-grade preparation, paving, striping, signage and parking bumpers, irrigation and landscaping Klamath County School District will accept sealed bids for a new parking lot at Stearns Elementary School. The existing property is currently unimproved/undeveloped and should be cleared, grubbed and prepared for a new asphalt parking lot with lighting and landscaping improvements. The parking lot will happen concurrently to significant public improvements within Crest Street for Klamath County Public Works. Detailed coordination will be required with the Crest Street General Contractor, Klamath County School District, and the administration at Stearns Elementary School. The owner reserves the right to postpone the award of the contract for sixty (60) days and may reject any bid not in compliance with all public bidding procedures and requirements on these solicitation documents and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the Owner, that it is in the public interest to do so.
