**Per the owner this project is on hold and "A new RFB for Rimini Tract Demolition will be advertised once an Asbestos Assessment has been completed." Demolition and removal of existing structures and debris on 147-acre tract of land in Southwestern portion of sumter county, South Carolina. The Contractor will be responsible for demolition, removal, and proper disposal of structures, their contents and debris from the Rimini Tract. On behalf of the Santee-Lynches Regional Development Corporation (SLRDC), acting as an agent for the Pinewood Development Authority (PDA), the Santee-Lynches Regional Council of Governments (SLRCOG) is inviting bids from qualified contractors to perform demolition and removal of existing structures and debris on a 147-acre tract (10 parcels) of land adjacent to Pack's Landing Road in the southwestern portion of Sumter County, South Carolina, "Rimini Tract".
