The County of Lexington is seeking sealed professional qualifications from interested vendors for On- Call / As-Needed Cabinetry Services. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through portal any questions submitted via email or by telephone will not be accepted. It is the intent of the County of Lexington to award this as a five (5) year term contract. Performance and Payment Bonds may be required by the County when work is assigned to a selected contractor. Bonds will be handled on a case-by-case basis but are required if work being performed is in excess of $50,000. PERFORMANCE BOND: Successful Contractor may be required to provide Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Carolina. PAYMENT BOND: Successful Contractor may be required to provide Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Carolina.
