The County of Lexington is seeking sealed professional qualifications from interested vendors for On- Call / As-Needed Cabinetry Services. It is the intent of the County of Lexington to award this as a five (5) year term contract. Performance and Payment Bonds may be required by the County when work is assigned to a selected contractor. Bonds will be handled on a case-by-case basis but are required if work being performed is in excess of $50,000. PERFORMANCE BOND: Successful Contractor may be required to provide Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Carolina. PAYMENT BOND: Successful Contractor may be required to provide Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Carolina.
