Site work and paving for a road / highway in Spring Hill, Kansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The City of Spring Hill, KS is interested in retaining a consulting firm to perform final design and consultant services for the above roadway construction project in Spring Hill. The design shall include survey, field check and final design, cost estimating, bidding support, and design services during construction. Basic information regarding the proposed project is included in the attached document, which was used for MARC STP funding. That funding was not approved, and the project design may be streamlined somewhat as a result. It is the city's desire to complete project construction by the fall of 2024. The City's standard professional services contract is included for reference and we would expect to use it in a form substantially as provided as necessary. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
