The work includes, but is not limited to: - Excavation work to restore the stone foundation walls, waterproof them and replace the French drain; - Restoration work on the stone foundation walls on the interior and exterior sides; - Addition of coping stones; - Various demolition and construction work on the interior fittings, including the main entrance vestibule and the ground-floor and basement washrooms. - Modifications and replacement of existing electromechanical systems, as well as the addition of a heat recovery system - Construction of a new entrance portico and external exit staircase for the basement. - The demolition of existing plumbing systems, and their replacement with new equipment that meets the latest standards, including the repair of utility connections; - Some civil engineering and landscaping work, including connection to utilities, levelling and drainage of foundations.
