As of 02/10/2023 Award: Not until February 27, 2023 Sandburg Education Center Dehumidification Project - Project consists of providing new VRF Cooling/Dehumidification units to the existing building, including associated Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical Work. Location- 1902 2nd Ave Anoka, MN 55303 No bids will be considered unless sealed, accompanied by a bid security, and delivered to the Director of Purchasing at the Anoka-Hennepin School District, Educational Service Center, located at 2727 North Ferry Street, Anoka, Minnesota, Entrance #1. The District reserves the right to reject all bids submitted. Project consists of providing new VRF Cooling/Dehumidification units to the existing building, including associated Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical Work. Bids shall be accompanied by bid security for 5 percent of the Base Bid submitted, made payable to the Owner . Work may commence on June 12, 2023 and be Substantially Complete on/or before August 18, 2023. Final Completion - Thirty (30) calendar days after date of Substantial Completion. Contractors will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each at an amount of 100 percent of the contract amount. A contract is subject to compliance with the applicable Schedule of Prevailing Wages issued by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry.
