The Herkimer-Oneida Counties Transportation Council (HOCTC) in partnership with the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) Region 2 is undertaking a Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) Study to be completed in accordance with the FHWA. HOCTC invites all qualified firms, individuals, or teams of firms and/or individuals to submit proposals for RFP # 2022-326: Transportation Corridor - Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) Study for the area of the I-90 Utica Interchange (Exit 31) at N. Genesee Street (NYS Route 921 C) HOCTC/Oneida County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. If a low number of proposals are submitted, the right to extend the deadline is reserved. It also reserves the right to reject all proposals if determined to be in the best interest of the involved parties. The County of Oneida, in order to promote its established Affirmative Action Plan, invites sealed bids from minority groups. This policy regarding sealed bids and contracts applies to all persons without regard to race, creed, color, national origin, age, sex, or handicap. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
