Project Description: Project consists of Pool Infill. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General Trades Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid. A pre-bid conference for all bidders will be held by request only. Additional charges will apply for shipping. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. B. All potential bidders must self-perform a minimum of 20% of the work. The Contractor shall provide 20% construction and/or site supervision as proof of self-performance associated with the contract that they submit bids for. Self-performance cannot include general overhead (i.e. submittals, RFI and RFP paperwork, construction meetings, etc.)
