Demolition, site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Hokah, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes the construction of approximately: 1. Demolish Well House No. 1. 2. Convert Well No. 1 to a pitiless unit with a submersible pump. A Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of the City of Hookah, Minnesota, shall accompany each bid. Upgrade electrical and controls for the City wells and reservoir,Rehabilitate Well House No,to accommodate treatment of Well No.1 ,to accommodate treatment of Well No. and No. 2., together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby. All work under the Contract must be complete within 450 calendar days following the Notice to Proceed.
