The bidder to whom the Contract is awarded will be required to furnish performance, payment, and guarantee bonds from an acceptable Surety Company for an amount not less than 100% of the accepted bid. This project is subject to the provision of Chapter 605, Laws of the State of New York of 1959, Section 103-A of The General Municipal Law and subsequent amendments. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids. The work shall not commence prior to August 1, 2023.
