Renovation of an educational facility in Winchester, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The purpose of this invitation for bid is to establish a contract with a qualified firm for professional interior painting and repair services in accordance to the invitation for bid specifications. Provide all supervision, parts, labor, tools, travel, materials, paint, primer, equipment, delivery, resources and workmanship as may be required to provide professional interior painting and finish repair services at Millbrook High School. Work will include various color schemes to be determined prior to contract kick off. Winning bidder will also be responsible to have paint tinted according to project needs. Bidders are required under Title 54.1-1100 of the Code of Virginia, to show evidence of certificate of registration by indicating the appropriate contractor's license number on the Bid form. Bidders are required to provide a copy of the license with their IFB response. A Class A Contract License is required for this project if the award is over $120,000. A Class B Contract License is required for this project if the award is over $10,0000.
